Dear colleagues, delegates and sponsors

After careful consideration of the current situation in the Ukraine, the organizers of the 13th ESPHM unanimously decided for a temporary exclusion of Russian delegates and sponsors from the event until a hoped-for cessation of hostilities. This is not only to warrant safety and security during the event, but more importantly to set a sign as a European event, which was founded by a European organization.

All registrations from Russian Delegates already received will be cancelled. The registration fee will be refunded in full, but no other compensation can be considered. Further registrations from Russia have been suspended. Companies cannot register Russian delegates via ‘group registration’, and no further letter of invitation for visa will be issued.

Thank you very much for your consideration.
Jozsef Földi (LOC)            Heiko Nathues (ECPHM)              Giulia Dettori (VET International)
